MISSION OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of employee relations. 

The HR Department acts as a catalyst to enable all Trenton employees to contribute at optimum levels toward the success of the Trenton community.

We will do this by:

  • Ensuring that all City employees are given the tools, training, and motivation to operate most efficiently and effectively.
  • Promoting and recruiting the best-qualified people, and recognizing and encouraging the value of diversity in the workplace.
