Adult Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga Improve strength, balance, flexibility, and focus while reducing stress. Good for all fitness and experience levels. Instructed by Heather Lear. Participants are to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. This class meets once a week for 4 weeks.

Times:  9:00-10:00 a.m.

Max Students: Until Full

Fee: $40 resident /$50 non-resident
